- The qualifying period of the Monthly Draw & Final Grand Draw is from 1st day until the last day of the month for Sept.,Oct.,Nov.,Dec.2007 & Jan.,Feb.,Mar.,Apr.2008 respectively.
- Customers who make any purchase in a single receipt at Jaya Centrepoint Hypermarket Sdn.Bhd., Milimewah Dept. Store Sdn.Bhd. or Utama Grand Superstore in Negara Brunei Darussalam are eligible to participate in the Monthly Draw & Final Grand Draw.
- One entry form will be given for each receipt presented.
- Receipt must be attached to the entry form for the Monthly Draw & Final Grand Draw.
- Only entry form which bear the stamp of Jaya Centrepoint Hypermarket Sdn.Bhd., Milimewah Dept. Store Sdn.Bhd. & Utama Grand Superstore Sdn.Bhd. are valid.
- Entry forms sent by post are not acceptable.
- Entry form must be duly complete, failing which, it is considered void.
- Customers can deposit more than one (1) entry form, but only one (1) prize can be won in each draw.
- All the entry forms for the current month will be drawn in the following month for the monthly Draw. Winners & non-winner in each monthly draw are still eligible to participate in the Final Grand Draw.
- Winners must present their identity card or passport for claiming the prize.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of announcement of the result in the Borneo Bulletin & www.zon365.com.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to substitute the prizes with items of an equal value without prior notice.
- The names and photographs of the winners can be used in mass media
- We reserve the right to amend the term & conditions of the draw or withdraw the draw, if required by the authorities.
- The results announced are final. No further correspondence will be entertained.
